EXPLORING MASSAGE PARLORS — Jennifer Yue Dougherty opened Bei Fang Massage in the northeast quadrant of Cedar Rapids in 2014, about two years after Marion police raided a parlor of hers on Seventh Avenue and arrested her on suspicion of prostitution, records show. Both teams turned it over and missed layups. But Ellingson and Nunge's team won the title, 96-92, in overtime and despite the at-times ragged game play, a close game made for some good fun to close out the summer league. Bei Fang Massage is seen Monday, May 1, 2017. Jennifer Yue Dougherty, who owns the business along with another on the western side of town, was not in possession of a state license to perform massage when the Gazette visited the businesses in May. (Rebecca F. Miller/The Gazette)
