Wayne Lloyd Horak, 64, of Ely, formerly of Al-burnett, died Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014. A Celebration of Life will be 2 p.m. March 15 at American Legion Hall in Central City. Burial will take place at a later date.
Survivors include his children, Spencer and Tracy; brothers, Craig (Danielle) Horak, Dale (Paula) Horak and Ron (Kari) Horak; sister, Barbara (Darald) Schultz; two grandchildren, Taylor Ann and Cole; and best friend, Digger.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Ardis Horak.
Wayne was an avid gardener and outdoorsman.
He will be missed by many.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at Veridian Cre-dit Union under Wayne Horak Memorial.
