Richard "Frank" Gelski, 61, of St. Paul, Minn., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016, at his home. A memorial service will be held in his honor at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 22, at Marion Christian Church, 1050 McGowan Blvd.
Frank was born Aug. 23, 1954, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Richard and Donna (Taylor) Gelski. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.
Frank is survived by his mother, Donna; three brothers, David (Marianne) Gelski, Kevin (Debbie) Gelski and Michael Gelski; one daughter, Amy (Mark) Schroeder; and one granddaughter, Raylee.
