Turnover in Los Angeles Angels Front Office

The Kernels front office has had a busy offseason so far, full of planning for next season. It has also been a busy offseason for the parent club of the Kernels, the Los Angeles Angels.
The Winter Meetings, the big event of the baseball offseason, is taking place this week in Dallas, TX. The Kernels have three representatives in Dallas this week. They will be meeting with representatives from the Angels during their stay in Texas. Many of these Angels representatives will be new faces. The Angels have had a lot of turnover this offseason.
The Angels missed the MLB playoffs for the second straight year, resulting in the resignation of General Manager Tony Reagins and the dismissal of Director of Player Development Abe Flores. Other members of the baseball side of the Angels front office were dismissed, as well. Jerry Dipoto has been named the new General Manager of the Angels.
With this being said, there is a lot still up in the air, regarding the Kernels. While I don't expect many more changes to happen within the minor league system, the Angels have not announced our coaching staff for the 2012 season.
Kernels manager Brent Del Chiaro just completed his first season as the skipper in Cedar Rapids. Brent spent the previous two seasons as our hitting coach.
We may get a better picture of the coaching staff situation when the winter meetings are completed, but it's more likely we will have to wait longer than that.
We do know that the 2012 Kernels season begins on April 5 in Wisconsin, and the home opener is April 9 at Perfect Game Field!
