Ross McCulla, 88, of Grinnell, died Monday, May 2, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. A funeral service with Masonic rites will be held at noon Thursday, May 5, at Grace United Methodist Church, Brooklyn, Iowa, with the Rev. John Dodds and the Rev. Brent De Silva officiating. Burial will be at the Brooklyn Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time, Thursday, May 5.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Grace United Methodist Church in Brooklyn or St. Francis Manor Foundation in Grinnell.
Ross is survived by his wife, Irene of Grinnell; three sons, David (Joy) McCulla of Cedar Rapids, Dennis (Linda) McCulla of Afton, Okla., and Greg (Barb) McCulla of Pella; seven grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
