Butterfield, Marguerite Marie
Marguerite Marie Butterfield, 95, a resident of Crestview Acres, Marion, died there Saturday, Feb. 19, 2011. Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, at Alice United Methodist Church, Center Point, by the Rev. Leo Anderson. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion. Burial: Troy Mills Cemetery, Troy Mills.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Tim Butterfield, Todd Butterfield, Robin (Jim) Crawford, Rhonda, Rhett Schulte, Rex Schulte, Danielle (Kent) Chesmore and Denise (J.J.) Mesch; and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; and her children, Larry and Derrell.
Marguerite was born Jan. 18, 1916, daughter of Albert and Anna (Werner) Fuessley. She was married to Lloyd Butterfield for 50 years.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Marguerite's memory.
