GRACE DANIELS Cedar Rapids Grace Marie Daniels, 95, of Amana, died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015, in Amana Colonial Manor. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Ludmila Catholic Church, where a visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include her children, Larry (Marilyn) Schulte, Don (Sharon) Schulte, Karen (David) Holze, David Schulte and Steve Schulte. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter-in-law, Nancy Schulte; brother, Gilbert (Emily) Van Antwerp; and sister, Opal (Ed) Park. Grace was born Aug. 11, 1920, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Ralph and Tina (Wiese) Van Antwerp. She married Leo Schulte on Jan. 13, 1942; he died in 1971. She then married Judson Daniels on Dec. 23, 1975. He died in 1989. Grace worked as a sales clerk for the Giant Store in Cedar Rapids and was a member of St. Ludmila Catholic Church. She loved baseball, football, basketball and car racing. Her favorites were the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bulls.
