Letter: Reader finds the perfect city street

Shhhhhhhh! I found a driving street in Cedar Rapids. Three lanes wide, one way, parallel parking on the right-hand side, no parking meters, no center curbing to knock your car out of alignment, no side curbs that jut into the driving lane making it necessary to turn left before you turn right, no bike lanes, no big black flower pots to dodge, no back-in or drive-in diagonal parking, no construction, no roundabouts, no speed cameras, no streetwalk cafes and, in general, a pleasant driving experience.
Don't worry, unless I'm under oath, I will not be telling the city traffic engineers or city council where it is.
