Bryant Keith "BK" Westfall, 35, of Brooklyn, formerly of North English, died early Sunday morning, May 3, 2015, in a motor vehicle accident. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Thursday, May 7, at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, with the Rev. Anni Mingin officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, at the funeral home. Private family inurnment services will be at a later date.
A memorial fund has been established.
He is survived by two daughters, Karyssa and Addysyn Westfall of Millersburg; a son, Brodie Westfall of Marengo; his mother, Marilyn (Danny) Mouchka of Victor; a brother, Holdon Westfall of Parnell; a sister, Sadie Mae Westfall of Cedar Rapids; his grandparents, Verlyn and Mary Zuber of Marengo, Larry Westfall of Sunrise Beach, Mo., and Dilly and Mariann Fay of Victor; his stepmother, Shelly Westfall of South English; cousins, Taylor (Beth) Baird, Ben (Amy) Baird, Cody Westfall, Bailey Westfall and Chad (Ashlea) Cronbaugh; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and close friends, AmyJo and Jason.
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry "Pokey" Westfall; grandparents, Patricia Westfall and Curly and Connie Storck; and a cousin, Caleb Cronbaugh.
Bryant Keith Westfall was born April 4, 1980, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Larry and Marilyn Zuber Westfall. He attended Marengo and HLV schools and graduated from English Valley High School. BK was self-employed, owning and operating Westfall Construction. He enjoyed snowmobiling, four-wheeling, grilling, gardening and working in his yard. But he reserved plenty of quality time to spend with his children and he cherished every moment spent with them.
