Glawe, Joann Elaine
Joann Elaine Glawe, 60, formerly of Elkader, died Sunday, July 10, 2011, at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque. Funeral Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, at Peace United Church of Christ, Elkader, with Pastor Andrea Mericle officiating. Visitation: 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church. Private Family Inurnment at a later date: East Side Cemetery, Elkader. Leonard Funeral Home in Elkader is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include brothers, Roger (Phyllis) Glawe of Volga, and Dean (Sheila) Glawe of McGregor; nieces, Heather, Lisa, Samantha, Shelly, Elizabeth, Brooke, Sophia and Laura; nephews, Jeremy, Lee, Jason, Kevin, Ken and Mike; numerous great-nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
