William H. Mastin Sr.,
78, of Manchester, died Sunday morning, Feb. 14, 2010, at Regional Medical Center, Manchester, following a brief illness. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Shelly Funeral Home in Manchester, with the Rev. Lenley Davis, Pastor of Living Hope Church of Manchester, officiating. Burial will be made in Oakland Cemetery, Manchester, with military honors accorded by American Legion Post 45. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 tonight and one hour before services Tuesday.
