Ronald G. Phelps, 79, passed away suddenly Sunday afternoon, Oct. 25, 2015, at his home in Manchester of an apparent heart attack. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at Cornerstone Community Church of Manchester with the Rev. Tim Agrimson officiating. Friends may call one hour before services Friday at the church. His cremated remains will be buried in Oakland Cemetery, Manchester. Shelly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
