Hoag, Francis M.
Francis M. Hoag, 96, of Morton Grove, Ill., former Manchester city manager, died Jan. 25, 2012, in Morton Grove. Graveside services and burial of his cremated remains, with military honors, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at Oakland Cemetery, Manchester. Shelly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
