Jeremy T. Hrabak, 39, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015, in Chelsea. Services will be 10 a.m.
Monday at St. Ludmila's Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. Dennis Juhl. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the church. Burial will be in Rector Cemetery, Chelsea.
He is survived by his father, Dennis Hrabak of Cedar Rapids; son, Brandon Hrabak of Cedar Rapids; daughter, Brittany Hrabak of Mesa, Ariz.; brother, Nick (Dawn) Hrabak of Cedar Rapids; and sister, Stacy (Bob) Davis of Cedar Rapids.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
