TMone expanding in South Dakota

TMone plans to open a 500-seat custom contact center in Spearfish, S.D.
The Iowa City-based business process outsourcing company will lease the former Premier Bankcard building from the City of Spearfish, according to a statement released by the South Dakota governor's office. TMone will lease a building donated to the City of Spearfish by Premier Bankcard.
Fifty people will initially be hired for the new center, which will provide customer service, e-commerce, collections, inbound, outbound and telephone account management interactions.
TMone has existing contact centers in Des Moines, Iowa City and North Sioux City, S.D.
