CONNOR TESDAHL Cedar Rapids Connor Jacob Tesdahl, 19, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015. A gathering in his honor will be from 3 until 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. A private family service will take place. Connor was born March 15, 1996, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids to Mark Alan and Joan Marie (Biedenbach) Tesdahl. He graduated from Linn-Mar High School with the class of 2014. Connor was currently a student at Kirkwood Community College, where he was studying for a career in the medical field. He loved his dog and skateboarding. He enjoyed X-Box gaming, disc golf, playing guitar and shopping. He was passionate about health and wellness and loved to cook healthy meals. Connor will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his parents, Mark and Joan Tesdahl of Cedar Rapids; brother, Myles Tesdahl of Cedar Rapids; paternal grandparents, Robert and Dorothy Tesdahl, and maternal grandparents, John "Jack" and Linda Biedenbach, all of Marion; uncles, Curtis (Lisa) Tesdahl of Fort Collins, Colo., and Jeff (Sarah) Biedenbach of Marion, Doug (Kelli) Biedenbach of Eldridge, Ill., and David (Erin) Biedenbach of Ames; aunt, Kathy (Rick) Brown of Marion; as well as several cousins. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents. Please consider making a memorial contribution in Connor's name to the Alzheimer's Association, a charity dear to the family, in honor of his beloved Great-Grandpa Biedenbach.
