OGGON, IA - Jim and Alice Oberbroeckling of Coggon celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with their sons, wives, and grandchildren for a week at Lake Geneva, WI.
The former Alice Vorwald and Jim Oberbroeckling were married on August 8, 1959, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in New Vienna, IA. Their three sons are, Tom (Kathy) of Shawnee, KS, Terry (Lucy) of Palatine, IL, and Mark (Maren) of Glenview, IL. Their ten grandchildren are Max, Sam, Jack, Lauren, Lindsay, Tyler, Paige, Carter, Noah, and Riley Arina.
