Richard J. Horesowsky, 75, died Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City.
Richard is survived by his wife, Joanne of Richmond; four children, Lori (Jay) Schrock of Kalona, Jeff (Amy) Horesowsky of Wellman, Pat (Joan) Horesowsky of Kalona and Lisa (Rob) Stika of Iowa City; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two sisters.
Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 4, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Richmond. Burial will be at a later date in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Riverside. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at Yoder-Powell Funeral Home in Kalona, where the family will greet friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and a vigil service held at 2 p.m.
A general memorial fund has been established.
