Short, Robbie Matthew
Robbie Matthew Short, 36, of Bellingham, Wash., passed away Nov. 8, 2010, in Boise, Idaho from a heart attack. Memorial services: 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 19, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Cedar Rapids, by Father Ivan Nienhaus and Pastor Daniel Winn. Visitation will be held at the church beginning at 9 a.m.
Rob is survived by his wife, Kristi of Bellingham, Wash.; his father, James Short of Cedar Rapids; his mother, Gloria (Bob) Mason of Fairfax; his brothers, Kevin (Lori) of Edmond, Okla., and Mike (Kara) of Rochester, Minn.; grandmother, Sylvia Delbridge of Cedar Rapids; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Rob was born June 21, 1974, in Cedar Rapids. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1992 and Notre Dame University in 1997. He married Kristi Pudell on Sept. 16, 2006, in Bellingham, Wash.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
