Beatrice F. Short, 89,
of Robins, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House in Hiawatha. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 12, at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery in the Garden of Cross.
Beatrice was born July 20, 1928, the daughter of Ray and Julie (Young) Bell.
Beatrice was preceded in death by her husband Everett; sister, Opal Jones; and her parents.
Left to cherish Beatrice's memories are her children, Edward (Linda) Short, Raymond (Gloria) Short, Jerald (Jan) Short and Connie Vermace; 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Chris Vorba and Fern Netolicky; and several nieces and nephews; along with many close friends.
