Letter: Laurie Goodrich is a good listener

Laurie Goodrich is seeking re-election for Coralville City Council for a second term.

We have found her to be a good listener. She responds personally to concerns or questions involving Coralville. She will not forget your concern.

She has been a stable reliable influence in our community. She gains knowledge by her presence at development meetings, progress presentations, nonprofit open houses, new business and park ribbon cuttings, to name just a few.

She makes time to attend Iowa League of Cities training conferences across the state in regard to economic development, water quality, housing, urban revitalization, safety and other important programs.

Recently, she was one of four people in the state to receive the Certified Elected Municipal Official distinction.

We believe that she honors the residents of Coralville by her dedicated servant leadership.

Please vote for Goodrich on or before Tuesday and continue her qualified personal touch within our city's government.
