Good, Jeanette Delite
Jeanette Delite Good, 83, died Monday, July 22, 2013, at the Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa. Service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 25, at the Goettsch Funeral Home in Anamosa. Pastor Laurie Riley will officiate at the service. Visitation will be held 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Riverside Cemetery in Anamosa.

Surviving are children, Bobby (Connie) Barker of Campbellsville, Ky., Danny (Kathleen) Barker of Loveland, Colo., Susanne Vodopich of New Port Richey, Fla. and Carla (Kerry) Barnes of Anamosa; three sisters, JoAnne (Jerome) Ferrie of Cedar Rapids, June (John) Miller of Cedar Rapids and Cathy McConchie of Aurora, Colo.; two brothers, James (Corrine) of Mesa, Ariz. and Chuck (Carol) of Cedar Rapids; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John; a grandson, David Meyers Remington; three sisters, Sara Joslin, Rhoda Mishler and Anna Hartwig; and five brothers, Bob, Keith, Dick, Buzzie and John Hartwig.
Jeanette Good was born Sept. 9 1929, in Olin, Iowa. She was the daughter of Otto and Doris Mae Strickell Hartwig. John and Jeanette Delite Hartwig were united in marriage Nov. 6, 1968 in Elizabethtown, Ky. Jeanette spent her life at home taking care of the her children and grandchildren. Delite loved gardening, flowers and mushroom hunting. She was a member of the Anamosa V.F.W. Women's Auxiliary, and past president of the Anamosa Women's Bowling League.
She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be missed dearly by those closest to her.
