Letter: Compassion found in our community

Recently, while trailer camping at a local campground, my wife and I encountered a mechanical problem with the tow vehicle that prevented the camper from being moved. Not knowing the area, a Google result showed a dealer in North Liberty that could do the repair. Being a Thursday, I knew that any special part would have to be ordered in order to arrive next day. The part did not arrive.
I wish to thank Kevin and his team at Junge Ford Sales for their resourcefulness in going that extra mile and securing the necessary part from another of their dealership locations some distance away, that arrived in time to be installed before Friday closing. Had they not made that extra effort to do the repair in time, our trip would have been extended by days, costing us hundreds.
It is nice to realize that in this fast paced world that there still exists a sense of compassion for those who experience misfortune along the way. We found it in your community.
