Wingler, Joyce
Joyce Wingler, 82, of Riverside, died Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, at Windmill Manor in Coralville. Funeral services for Joyce will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Riverside. Burial will be at Riverside Public Cemetery. Visitation for Joyce will be held Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Riverside.
Joyce Ann Teslik was born Sept. 19, 1929, the daughter of Edward and Mina Teslik. On Nov. 6, 1948, Joyce was united in marriage to Clayton Wingler.
Joyce will be missed by her daughter, Kathy Lindhorst of Washington; one son, John Wingler and his wife, Laura, of Cedar Rapids; three grandchildren, Neil Lindhorst, Daniel and Brian Wingler; two great-grandchildren, Eleanor Lindhorst and Dillan Wingler; siblings, Dean Teslik and wife Dorothy of Swisher, Dave Teslik of Farmington, Joe Teslik and wife Becky of Iowa City and Teresa Culbertson and husband Dean of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clayton; one brother, Eddie; and two sisters, Rita and Mary.
