Janice J. Hotle, 77, of Coggon, died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017.
A memorial service will be held at the United Church of Christ (38 Fifth St. N, Central City) at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 20. Cards can be sent to 620 Third Ave. E, Apt. 1, Coggon, IA 52218.
Survivors include her husband, Bill; children, Beth McKeehan (Keith) of Cedar Rapids, Joel Hora of Marion and Mindy Galloway (Glen) of Manchester; six grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and siblings, Bob Pflughaupt (Jean) of Marion and Mary Lacock (Leon) of Troy Mills.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Dorothy Larkin and Arlene Svoboda; and a grandson, Ian Galloway.
Janice was born Jan. 19, 1939, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Milton and Bernice Pflughaupt. She married Bill Hotle on May 28, 1977. She enjoyed camping, fishing, snowmobiling, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
