David Pratt, 64, of Newburgh, Ind., formerly of Coggon, died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, Zion Presbyterian Church, Coggon. The family will greet visitors following the memorial service.
Survivors include his wife, Charlene Pratt; children, Heather (Matt) Mouser of Urbandale, Al Pratt of Lakewood, Colo., and AJ (Katie) Pratt of Lafayette, Colo.; a sister, Marcia Dalton of Peoria, Ariz.; grandchildren, Eli Mouser and Abe Mouser of Urbandale and Caroline Pratt of Lafayette; and his mother, Lucile Pratt of Coggon.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Pratt.
Dave was born Oct. 27, 1952, in Manchester, Iowa. He loved auto racing, golfing and enjoyed gardening and doing jigsaw puzzles. His grandkids were his life and he treasured spending time with them. He was married for 45 years to Charlene.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Memorial Research Hospital Memorial and Honor Program.
