RAYMOND LEESEKAMP Anamosa Raymond Leesekamp, 74, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 3, 2015, at home. Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 7, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Anamosa, with Father Dennis Cahill officiating. Private burial at a later date. Friends may call at 9 a.m. Thursday at the church. Survivors include his wife, Rosemary Leesekamp; children, Karin Leesekamp, Kelly Leesekamp, Kathy Leesekamp and Kris Leesekamp; a brother, Eddie (Lisa) Leesekamp; sisters, Pat (George) Armstrong, Ann (Tom) Levsen, Jackie (Rick) Watkins, Margo (Gary) Long, Mary (Rodger) Griffith and Debbie (Bernie) Bohlken; and grandchildren, Andrea Jayne, Caleb Hardin and Kellen Leesekamp. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Mary Leesekamp; his sister, Dorothy Leesekamp; and brother, John Leesekamp. Raymond was born Nov. 11, 1940, in Anamosa, to Leo and Mary Leesekamp. He married Rosemary Vojt on Sept. 8, 1962, at St. Patrick's Church in Anamosa. He worked 45 years at Iowa Manu-facturing and retired from Terex. Raymond will always be remembered for his kind heart and his willingness to help those in need. He was an avid Colts fan, enjoyed tinkering and repairing things for his family and friends and loved spending time with his grandchildren. His memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
