TERESA MAE STRAIN Cedar Rapids Teresa Mae Strain, 57, of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, Dec. 12, 2016. Services: 2 p.m. Thursday at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories, where a visitation will begin at noon. Inurnment will take place at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include her husband, Charles; her children, Kira (Eric) DeSotel of Ely, Dustin (Missy) Strain of Cedar Rapids and Ashley Strain of Cedar Rapids; and her sister, Diane (Chuck) Langguth of Cedar Rapids. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Caleb, Blake, Jacob, Kyle, Aiden and Ethan; and her grand dogs, Floyd, Marley and Jasper. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Steve Foley. Teresa was born Oct. 23, 1959, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Raymond and Frances (Perrin) Foley. On June 11, 1982, she married Charles Duane Strain in St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids. Teresa was a cook for Rapids Vending. She enjoyed camping, card games and movies.
