Brogotti-Baty, Frances J.
Frances J. Brogotti-Baty, 60, of Springville, died Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 19, at Troy Mills Christian Church, Troy Mills, by Pastor Jamie Wolf. The family will greet friends one hour before the service at the church.
Survivors include her husband, Terry Baty; children, Vanessa (Michael) Pawlovich of Nevada, Iowa, and Shaun (Allison) Thompson of Manassas, Va.; grandchildren, Gavin, Caleb, Rebekah, Rhiannon and Katriana Pawlovich; sister, Alice (Larry) Zimple of Cedar Rapids; brother, Roy (Pam) Morris of Sioux Falls, S.D.; and nieces and nephews, Craig, Chris, Tami, Todd, Joi, Samantha and Zach.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Marilyn Hess.
Fran was born Oct. 10, 1949, in Fort Dodge, the daughter of Paul and Margaret (Bugbee) Morris. She married Terry Baty on Jan. 1, 2000, at the Troy Mills Christian Church. Fran was a registered nurse for 30 years.
A memorial fund has been established in Fran's name.
