Dolores K. Sharp, 84, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015, at home. Funeral services: 11 a.m. Saturday, July 25, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids. Visitation: one hour before the service. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Dolores was born July 20, 1930, in Watkins, Iowa, to parents Delbert and Bessie (Hutton) Swick. She married Clement Sharp on Aug. 29, 1953, in Cedar Rapids. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family.
Survivors include her daughter, Debbie; sons, Chuck (Kris), Carl and Craig; grandchildren, Joe, Jenny, Cathrine (Michael), Toni (Russ), Kaye (Kevin), Ann (Mike), Melissa (Jake) and Matt (Stormy); great-grandchildren, Tyler, Isaiah, Kael, Kaili, McKenna, Aecha and new baby Reynolds; and sister, Florence.
Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and sister, Edna Fitzsimmons.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
