Diana Forbes, 68, of Anamosa, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died May 12, 2014, at Jones Regional
Medical Center. Memorial service: 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, at Apostolic Assembly of Anamosa, 9527 U.S. 151, Anamosa.
Survivors include her husband, Larry; children, Tina Wires (Eric) and Tammy Waddell (Daniel); sisters, Teresa Coder (Kevin) of Colorado and Daisy Langston (Matt) of Nebraska; and grandchildren, Jacoby Burnell (Barb), Krista Moore (Brandon), Nicholas Burnell (Sierra) and Adrianna Broadwater.
She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Sierra Burnell; and daughter, Rhonda Jean Hootman.
Diana was born Jan. 28, 1946, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and married Larry Forbes Oct. 23, 1993.
She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
