Arthur "Art" Willard, 56, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019, after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer. He worked for Menards for nearly 25 years, and most recently worked for EPIC Property management. Visitation will be 9 to 11:15 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, followed by a memorial service at 11:30 a.m. at Ascension Lutheran Church in Marion.
