Man allegedly entices a minor to his home
A North Liberty man was arrested in connection to enticing away a minor early Monday morning.
According to an arrest report, Darryl Vincent Rodney Felgar, 55, allegedly talked a 15-year-old female away from Laundromania at 465 Iowa 965, North Liberty at 12:06 a.m. He brought her to his residence at 190 Sugar Creek Lane No. C1, where he provided her a dress to change into, but the girl denied the offer.
Police say Felgar did not have authority of the victim's mother, nor did he know the girl prior to inviting her to his home.
