Lamont
John Lindsay, 89, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2015, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, at Lamont Baptist Church. Burial, with military graveside services, will be at Campton Cemetery, east of Lamont. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Lamont Baptist Church.
Survivors include his daughter, Linda (Todd) Darrach of Rhome, Texas; his son, Leon (Diana) Lindsay of Owatonna, Minn.; five grandsons; five great-grandsons; and one great-grand-daughter.
