C. Milo Cobb, 95, died peacefully Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015, at Virginia Gay Nursing and Rehab in Vinton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Vinton, with Father David Ambrosy as celebrant. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 9, at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home in Vinton and one hour before Mass at church on Monday. Inurnment will be in the North English Cemetery at a later date. A full obituary will appear in Sunday's Gazette.
