RICHARD KLOUDA Cedar Rapids Richard Klouda, 70, of Las Vegas, Nev., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at St. Jeremiah Care Home in Las Vegas. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, at the Washington Prairie Lutheran Cemetery, 1725 Washington Prairie Rd., Decorah. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, at the Schluter Balik Funeral Home, 604 South Ave., Decorah. He is survived by his children, daughter, Richelle Balinbin and husband Kanamu and their children; daughter Irelynn and partner Ray Arrington; son Scotlenn; daughter, Englann and husband Josh Wong, and their son, Wyatt Borrego; their mother, Cynthia Reyna; his sisters, Judy Argo and Sharon Mow; brother-in-law, Robert Davidson; neice, Caryn Fink; nephew, Rich Argo and his wife and children; niece, Nichole Argo and husband Ben Itzhah and their children; an aunt; and several cousins.
