Lila Larson Evans, 92, of West Jordan, Utah, gained her angel wings on Jan. 7, 2019.
Lila Bell Larson was born Nov. 5, 1926, in rural Waseca, Minn. On July 25, 1946, she married Robert Evans.
Lila was a homemaker and worked part time when needed in the bakery. Bob was a professional baker. Bob and Lila lived in Cedar Rapids for many years. They were charter members of Hope Lutheran Church. They retired to Arizona.
Survivors include daughters, Cindy Rossman and Dena (Jeff) Steggall; grandchildren, Cody (Melissa) Rossman, Jeff Steggall, Rob (Talene) Steggall and Sammie (Kevin) McCandless; great-grandsons, Evan and Cutter Rossman; along with many nieces, nephews and extended family.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Minnesota at a later date.
