Lee, Maxine M.
Maxine M. Lee, 94, of Sigourney, formerly of Webster, died Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011, at the Sigourney Care Center. A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Webster United Methodist Church at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, with Pastor Jim Stout officiating. Visitation will be at Powell Funeral Home in North English on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. Burial will be in the South English Cemetery.
Maxine is survived by two sons, Ken Lee of Vinton and Rick Lee of Sigourney; and three grandchildren, Jessica Lee and fiance Brian Bergquist, Elizabeth McLaughlin and husband Chris, and Jaclyn Lee and fiance Jonathan Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Dennis Lee in April 1992; her husband in September 2004; and brothers, Wayne Seitsinger and Earl Seitsinger.
A memorial fund has been established for the Webster United Methodist Church and Keokuk County Hospice.
