Kibby to become AD at Iowa City West

CEDAR RAPIDS -- It's the same job in the same conference.
But, Scott Kibby said, "This is not a lateral move."
Kibby, 47, has been selected as athletics director at Iowa City West, pending approval from the Iowa City Community Schools Board of Education.
