Scooters are bad, let them walk

I grew up in Cedar Rapids, but now live in Austin TX. We have e-scooters. They are a nightmare for 98 percent of us who don't use them. They are littered everywhere! They will be on sidewalks, ditches, parks, everywhere! The premise for these scooters is that when you are done with them, you just abandon them and walk off. Let me tell you again. They will be everywhere! Let people be healthy. Let them walk.
