Pfab, Loras J.
Loras J. Pfab, 68, of Bernard, passed away Sunday, Aug. 4, 2013, as the result of an automobile accident near Cedar Rapids. Funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, at Holy Family Church, New Melleray, with the Rev. Michael Podhajsky and Father Xavier Dieter, OSCO officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Rd., Dubuque, where there will be a wake service at 2 p.m.
Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Tammy (Luke) Ameskamp of Marengo, Ill., Sue (Al) Mensen of Dyersville, Brian (Tonia Smith) Pfab of Bernard, Kim (Marv) Lynch of Cascade and Dan Pfab of Bernard; and 11 grandchildren.
