Betty R. Kelly, 82, of Marion, formerly of Clinton, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids.
Funeral services were Friday, March 25, at Clinton Chapel of Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial was in Clinton Lawn Cemetery.

Betty Ruth Roggendorf was born March 8, 1934, in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Harold and Alice (Johnson) Roggendorf. She was a 1952 graduate of Lyons High School. She married Donald Kelly on Aug. 16, 1952, in Clinton. He died Aug. 6, 2001.
Betty worked at Nielsen's and Mercy Medical Center.
Betty enjoyed playing bingo, visiting the casino and loved watching "American Idol" and "The Young and the Restless." She was a very competitive bowler and loved spending time with her family.
Betty is survived by her children, Sherry (Richard Hemminger) Kelly of Marion, Karen Sager of Indianapolis, Peggy (Creighton) Regenwether of Clinton, Donald Kelly Jr. of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Mike (Nicole) Kelly of South Dakota; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; her sister-in-law, Brenda Roggendorf of Bettendorf; and her beloved dog, Buddy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a granddaughter, four sisters and two brothers.
