NORMA EILEEN BUTTERS

On Dec. 15, 2015, the Lord called Norma Eileen Butters home. She was 81 years old.
She was born to Albert and Martha Rodenberg on May 26, 1934, in Keystone, Iowa. Charles and Norma were married June 1, 1951, and moved to Marion, where they were charter members of Faith Lutheran Church. Norma retired from the Linn-Mar school system in 1995 after 25 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Harold; and a sister, Neva Crawford.
She is survived by her husband, Charles of Flower Mound, Texas; her six daughters, Virginia (Al) Simpson of Charlottesville, Va., Linda Smith (Tom McDonald) of Flower Mound, Texas, Barbara Clossen of Lawrence, Kan., Jeanne (Steve) Stevens and Catherine (David) Meyer of Flower Mound and Christine (Randy) Burns of McLean, Va.; another sister, Marian Hohensee (Bill) of Cedar Rapids; and a brother, Orville (Inge) of Rochester, N.Y.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, at Faith Lutheran Church, 6000 Morriss Rd., Flower Mound.
