Helmrichs, Mary Catherine (Clemen)
Mary Catherine (Clemen) Helmrichs, 83, of Manchester, died at her residence on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011. Mass of Resurrection: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manchester, with the Rev. John Flaherty officiating. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home, Manchester, where there will be a 3 p.m. rosary. Visitation will also be held one hour before mass Thursday at the church. Interment: St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Manchester.
Survivors include five children, Lois (Leo) Wickman of Coggon, Ronald (LuAnn) Helmrichs of Stevens Point, Wis., Marlene (Terry) Gould of Strawberry Point, Connie (Larry) Heims of Manchester, and Audrey (Jeff) Wirtner of Cedar Rapids; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren with three on the way; nine siblings; and many nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Edna Clemen; her husband, Herman on Nov. 1, 1995; and one son, Dennis on May 10, 1982.
