CHERYL SCHIEFELBEIN

Cheryl Ann (Kubisiak) Schiefelbein passed away peacefully May 16, 2014, at her home in North Liberty.
Born Feb. 5, 1947, to Madelaine and Richard Kubisiak, her hometown of Stevens Point, Wis., was never far from her heart. It's where her mother; siblings, Carol, Charlotte, Gordon, Cindy and Lee; and many other relatives still live.
Despite her battle with cancer, Cheryl continued to look forward to the future, even making sure her garden was planted this spring. Her final years were filled with family visits, the marriages of two of her children and the addition of several grandchildren. She stayed positive and enjoyed life until the end.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis; four children, Blake Hoena, Lori (Lonnie) Przybylski, Jon and Jai; and nine grandchildren, Ryan, Chase, Carter, Carl, Gavin, Esther, Zoe, Aila and Quinn.
A ceremony celebrating Cheryl's life will be held Memorial Day weekend in her hometown of Stevens Point. Contact family members for details.
