Johnny Yirkovsky, 52, of Marion, passed away peacefully in his home Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020. No services will be held at this time due to COVID-19.
Johnny was born Oct. 18, 1968, to Darrell and Marilyn Yirkovsky. He graduated from Marion High school. He was employed at Cotton Gallery. Johnny was a free spirit, a hard-working man who loved spending time with his work friends, family and his cat. He also enjoyed watching the Steelers, his favorite team.
Surviving him are his son, Blaze Yirkovsky; daughter, Toni Yirkovsky; his sisters, Mary Merwin, Dafney Yirkovsky and DeAnn Yirkovsky; and his brother, Ronnie Yirkovsky.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Marilyn and Darrell Yirkovsky; and his sister, Holly Yirkovsky.
Although his death was sudden, we will cherish the many years of memories we were able to make. His love and memory will live on within his family and friends. Rest easy.
