Kernels begin 1-2 on road trip: Now to Lake County

Behind a dominating pitching performance last night from P.J. Jang, the Kernels avoided the sweep with a 4-1 win at Ft. Wayne. Jang (1-1) went eight innings, allowing one run and four hits. Daniel Tillman picked up the save in the 9th inning.
Now, we open a three game set at Lake County.

Sunday: CR: LHP Max Russell (5-9, 3.54) vs LC: RHP Felix Sterling (1st start)
