Ann K. Downey, 71, of Lisbon, died Monday, March 9, 2015, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Family and friends will gather for a celebration of life at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 14, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services (formerly Morgan's), Mount Vernon.
