WILLIAM WILLIE D. MEYERS

William "Willie" D. Meyers passed on Jan. 1, 2021. Born Jan. 16, 1957, to William Meyers and Shirley Huff. He worked for Phillip Trucking for many years. He loved going to the races and playing cards!
He is survived by his mother, Shirley Meyers, twin sister, Wendy (Duane) Elsbury of Elberon, Iowa; siblings, Debra Jensen, Barbara Meyers, Lori (Roy) Morarie and Rebecca (Chuck) Evans, all of Cedar Rapids, Karen Gladwin and Doug Arnold of Marion, Iowa; also many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, William; and two brothers, Gary Arnold and Robert Meyers.
A Celebration of Life will be posted at a later date.
