To the editor:
Did you take note of The Gazette's picture page of flags honoring Memorial Day's fallen heroes? (May 25, 12A) It was the kind of memorial to those who gave their lives for us and our country deserved. A memorial that spoke volumes. A picture is worth a thousand words.
Wallace Bruce once said, 'Who kept the faith and fought the fight; the glory theirs, the duty ours.” And the memo, 'Remembering the men and women who gave their lives for our country.” Dr. Ben Carson in the bottom third of the full-page ad.
Thank you, Dr. Carson.
